TECHNICAL SERVICE
We can take the installed switching systems and teleinformatic networks under extended TC Service Contract, guaranteeing appropriate short reaction time for fault notification by the Customer.
The service includes:
- Repair of the teleinformatic equipment (for the repair time we deliver replacement equipment)
- Supervision and periodical inspections
- Maintenance and management of switching systems and teleinformatic networks
- Advice and technical consultation during extension and modernization of systems
- Training of the operating staff
